Using Filters Effectively

Filters can help you manage large projects more efficiently. Here are some practical examples:

  • Focus on Outstanding Items
    • Filter out approved and ordered products to concentrate on items still needing attention
  • Category-Specific Reviews
    • Filter to show only specific categories (e.g., furniture) after completing other categories (e.g., finishes, flooring, switches)
  • Space-Based Organisation
    • View products for specific rooms or areas individually
  • Supplier-Specific Lists
    • Create filtered PDFs showing products from specific suppliers

After applying your desired filters, follow the standard export steps above to create your customised PDF spec sheet.
