How to Set Up Your Project in thesheet for a Client

Follow these steps to ensure your project is ready for client viewing.
How to Share a Project in thesheet with Your Client.
1. Check the product status
All products that you want visible to your client should be in Proposed status or higher.

- Click the status dropdown on any product in your project. New products are set to Draft by default..
- Select Proposed (or higher). Only products in proposed, approved, rejected or ordered statuses will be visible to the client.
2. Review the product details
Ensure all product details are client-ready. Hide any internal pricing or irrelevant information. Add any useful details for the client, such as materials or care instructions.
3. Add comments
Provide additional context by adding comments to products
- Click on product details or the product image.
- In the right-hand column, type in relevant comments for the client.
- Both you and the client can track comments and updates. The latest comment will appear in the main sheet view for quick reference.
4. Add mood boards and floor plans
Upload mood boards and floor plans directly to your project so your client has them for quick reference.
