List of product fields

Below is a list of fields in the Product Clipper and their uses, specifically for interior design projects.

*Note: All fields are not all required to add the product with the Product Clipper, or manually and can be adjusted at any time within thesheet. 

 

Product Images: Add high-quality images to showcase furniture or fixtures. The first image chosen will be the Primary Image, displayed in the sheet view.

 

Category: Select a product category from the dropdown to organise and sort items within thesheet. 

Position: Use this field to specify where the product should be placed in the design layout, aligning it with your floor plan.

Name: Add the product name, this will be used throughout thesheet for easy reference and identification.

SKU: Input the product’s SKU, a unique code used for ordering and inventory management. 

Brand: Specify the brand or designer of the product.

Price: Enter the product's price, which will be visible to the client. Format to two decimal points. 

 

Dimensions:
Record the product’s size to ensure it fits in the design layout. You can include your preferred unit of measurement to the field, cm, mm etc. 

W - Width 

L - Length 

H - Height 

D - Depth 

 

Colour: Specify the product's colour that is selected for the design.

Finish: Note the surface finish, like “Matte” or “Brushed Nickel.”

Material: Enter the primary material, such as “Leather” or “Wood.” 
 

 

Supplier: Indicate the supplier or vendor from whom the product will be purchased.

Quantity: Specify the number of units needed.

Lead time: Enter the time required for the product to be crafted and delivered.

Link: Provide a URL link to the product page or supplier’s site.


 

Description: Give a brief overview of the product, including key features.
 

Notes: Add any additional comments or special instructions related to the product.

Files: Add relevant files directly to you products such as supplier spec sheet, care instructions or detailed dimensions. Files can only be added within the Product Library or within a Project.
