Overview: 

Your client can view the full project using thesheet client view. Simply share the link, and they can access the project without needing to log in or sign up.

To get started with thesheet client view learn: 

What can the client do?

  • View project specs – Clients can view product spec sheets, floor plans, and mood boards.
  • Approve or reject products – Clients will see prompts to approve or reject products. Already approved products will show a green dot, while rejected ones will show a red dot.
  • Comment on products – Clients can add comments or ask for more information on specific products, keeping all communication organised in one place.
  • Sort products by space or category – Clients can sort products by space or category to better navigate the project. 
  • Change view – Toggle between list view and card view. The card view displays larger images of products, with alternatives minimised.
  1. This changes the view to card view, allowing your client to view larger images of each of the products
  2. Note: alternative products will be minimised in this view and shown as thumbnails under the main product. Clicking on the thumbnail will open the detail view of the alternative product.
  • Filter products by status – Clients can filter to see products based on their status (e.g., all proposed, approved, or rejected items). 

 

  • Click supplier links – If links are added by the designer, clients can click to view supplier websites directly.


What the client cannot do:

  • Add or remove products from the project spec sheet.
  • Change product details or specifications.
  • View products in draft status.
  • Access your other active projects or product library.
  • Add floor plans or mood boards to the project.
