How to Invite Your Team to thesheet

Learn how to add team members to your studio in thesheet

Invite your team to thesheet.

You can easily invite your team or studio members to view and edit your projects within thesheet by sending them an invite to join your studio.

Note: Each member can only be associated with one studio account. If they are already part of another studio or company account, you will need to use a different email address to invite them.

How to Invite Team Members

  1. Click on your Account in the top right corner of thesheet.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select Settings.
  1. Navigate to the Team section within your account settings.
  1. Click the + Member button in the top right.
  1. Enter the email addresses of your team members, separating multiple addresses with a comma.
  1. An invite email will be sent to the team members, allowing them to create an account within your studio.

The invite email is tied to the specific email address used. This is a security measure to protect your studio and projects, ensuring no one else can access your account or view your client and supplier information.

 

Removing a Team Member from Your Account

If you need to remove a team member from your thesheet studio account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on your Account in the top right corner of thesheet.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select Settings.
  1. Navigate to the Team section within your account settings.
  1. In this menu, you’ll see the list of your team members.
  2. Click the three dots next to the member’s name and select Revoke.

This will remove them from your thesheet studio account.
