Understanding client notifications

thesheet's notification system keeps you informed of all client activities within your projects, including:

  • Product status changes (approvals and rejections)
  • New client comments
  • Other client interactions with your projects

How to access notifications

  1. Locate the notification bell icon in the top right corner of your screen, next to your account icon
  2. A blue dot will appear over the notification icon when you have unread notifications
  3. Click the notification icon to view all your notifications
  4. Each notification entry will show:
    • The type of update (comment, approval, or rejection)
    • The project name
    • The time of the update

Managing your notifications

You can easily manage your notifications to keep your workspace organized:

Marking notifications as read

  • Click the "Mark all as read" button in the notifications panel to clear all unread notifications
  • Individual notifications are automatically marked as read when clicked

Silencing notifications

  1. Open the notifications panel
  2. Click the bell icon within the panel to toggle notifications on/off
  3. When silenced, you won't receive new notification alerts until you re-enable them
