Paid and free accounts
Paid and free accounts
thesheet has three account plans: Solo, Studio and Agency. Solo is the free plan for getting started. Studio and Agency are paid plans for studios that need more projects, sharing, collaboration, branding and team controls.
What Solo includes
Solo gives you the core thesheet workspace for your own projects.
On Solo, you can:
- create and manage up to 3 active projects
- archive projects for up to 12 months before they’re deleted
- view project finances
- use 5 Donut/Product Clipper fetches per day, with the allowance resetting daily
- preview a client shared view and copy a client link
- set up and test studio branding before upgrading
Solo workspaces can add people, but project-by-project access is not available. People added to a Solo workspace have the same workspace rights.
What Studio includes
Studio is for professional studios that need more room to work with clients, collaborators or a team.
Studio includes:
- unlimited active projects
- unlimited archived projects, kept for 7 years
- editable project finances, including pricing, margins, discounts and payment fields
- unlimited Donut/Product Clipper fetches
- team members with project-by-project access
- client sharing controls, including visibility settings and new client links
- project collaborators who do not count as paid seats
- published studio branding for shared pages, PDFs and link previews
Studio is €35/month and includes 2 users. Extra users are €19/month.
What Agency includes
Agency includes the same product features as Studio, plus unlimited users.
Use Agency when you need the paid features above across a larger team without managing extra user costs.
Agency is €200/month.
Archive lifetime on paid plans
Studio and Agency archives are kept for 7 years.
If a project was created or edited while your Studio or Agency subscription was active, it is kept in the archive for 7 years too.
